Cloud innovation was central to the launch of Pronto Xi 730 in October 2015. Cloud-based customers are increasingly important to Pronto, with 70% of Pronto users now operating Pronto via Cloud/SaaS platforms. Pronto Xi 730 features an enhanced, cloud-focused solution that’s designed to be accessible on any device. Striving to answer the need for agility among businesses, Pronto Xi 730 includes a user-friendly Web UI that offers users seamless access to Pronto Xi from any device with a web connection. This means users do not have to go through the process of on-boarding a new device to access Pronto Xi, but can instantly access the platform from any device through a secure web connection.
Additionally, in 2016, Pronto Software expanded its partnership with IBM, offering customers the ability to rapidly and cost-effectively integrate popular third-party business applications and systems with Pronto Xi. Pronto Xi now integrates with IBM’s WebSphere Cast Iron Cloud solution, resulting in the ability for Pronto Software customers to integrate cloud and on premise applications in days, reducing integration costs and optimising resources and productivity in both software as a service (SaaS) and cloud models.

Initiatives can include but are not limited to projects, programs, processes, systems, technologies, developments, ventures and undertakings.
Entries are assessed utilising a robust and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent and objective. The World Business Awards Framework (WBA Framework) is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards. The Framework consists of specialised assessment modules pertaining to the evaluation criteria for each of the award categories. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.
