Rapid Access Systems is a product of Rapid Global, an Australian owned and operated software development company specialising in workforce management software. The Rapid Access System is designed to revolutionise the way contractors and visitors sign in onsite, striving to be a cloud-centric, interactive gateway to and from the workplace rather than just a visitor sign-in book.
By utilising internet enabled processes, Rapid Access Systems was created to be a holistic solution to onsite visitor identification, tracking, credential verification and other services that encompass effective site management. Designed to be configurable and scalable, the platform is an application based product with optional hardware options such as swipe card and QR code entry systems, compatible with both iPads and Microsoft devices. The latest addition to the Rapid Access Systems suite is the Rapid Access mobile application, designed to meet the mobility needs of clients with multiple or national sites. Sites are provided with QR codes displayed on designated buildings that contractors sign in to via a downloadable mobile application. The application is intended to meet the compliance demands of site managers whilst also providing a mobile solution that’s scalable to a multiplicity of sites.
