BPO Printing/BPO Logistics combines offshore printing, storage and distribution of marketing materials. These are controlled by a customised online system that allows clients complete access and control over production, distribution, storage, stock control, order tracking, auditing, third party order processing and 24/7 reporting. The service is also customised to the clients’ specifications.

The online ordering/auditing system was specifically designed for the particular needs of education providers and allows them full control of their activities and 24/7 transparent reporting. This gives them a complete perspective of costs and enables them to adjust their usage patterns to achieve additional savings. They also provide a portal for third parties to place material requests for checking and approval through their online system.

BPO Intelligence also offers a letter mail out service offshore to reduce mail cost to international destinations. They provide a client manager to handle all of the printing, storage and distribution needs for each account. The client manager provides the client with ongoing support, on-site training and print consultancy. In order to ensure that BPO Intelligence model is on the right tracks, they carry out various activities such as Cost Saving Analysis on client’s current operations.
