MyFreight software was developed with the day-to-day needs of the modern industry in mind, aiming to optimise current and future cloud technologies to deliver state of the art, real-time freight management solutions. MyFreight has been designed to solve long waiting times for reports and data evaluation by generating reports viewable at any time, from any location, to clients with internet access.
Utilising a learning engine that makes use of stored software data rather an individual carrier’s public transit timing, MyFreight evolves to become even smarter and more accurate as time progresses. This focus on automated capabilities is designed to deliver significant labour savings, which is achieved through system generated labels, consignment notes and collection paperwork. Additionally, MyFreight is committed to industry relevant regulations and standards such as the transportation of Dangerous Goods and Chain of Responsibility. As a result, the system automatically prints paperwork, reducing potential occurrences of human error.
The design of the software aims to ensure all freight data is in the same location, helping to streamline administrative processes by reducing repetition of actions and promoting faster query turn around. MyFreight has also been designed to be user friendly, with an understanding that training should be able to be delivered in minutes, requiring simplicity of use and visual appeal throughout the platform.
Since going live in May 2014, MyFreight was able to provide its services to 4,000 users across 600 sites in just three months. MyFreight have been recognised with a Software Innovation Award in the Australian Business Awards 2016 for MyFreight software.

Organisational participation includes private companies, publicly listed companies, multinational subsidiaries, not-for-profit organisations, non-government organisations, educational institutions, franchise systems, partnerships, government departments, government agencies, local government and statutory bodies operating in Australia.
Initiatives can include but are not limited to projects, programs, processes, systems, technologies, developments, ventures and undertakings.
Entries are assessed utilising a robust and dynamic framework to ensure that the assessment process is pertinent and objective. The World Business Awards Framework (WBA Framework) is utilised as a structured model of assessment that enables the participating organisations to be benchmarked against world class performance standards. The Framework consists of specialised assessment modules pertaining to the evaluation criteria for each of the award categories. The criteria and sub-criteria provide a robust set of requirements that are used as the methodology for benchmarking and learning among the participating organisations.
