This means customers can leverage a full suite of customer management tools for Sales, Service and Marketing, with lots of configurability options to tailor the system to the needs of each customer to support their workflows. SugarCRM is also a highly integrate-able CRM, which means it’s possible to integrate with other systems to provide a more single view of information, as well as take advantage of available apps in the app ecosystem to further extend the capabilities of the system.

Although Fieldmagic was originally developed specifically with the Fire Services Industry in mind, the core platform has also aligned well to support a range of field services industries.
