We have made every effort to build upon the work we did in 2016 and 2017 and not rest on our laurels. Over the past 12 months we have focussed our efforts on ensuring everybody feels they have opportunities to grow and reach their potential. Over 50% of our roles are filled by internal promotions, many of which are appointing people to non-traditional roles.
