TechnologyOne (ASX:TNE) is Australia’s largest enterprise software company and one of Australia’s top 150 ASX-listed companies, with offices across six countries. The company creates solutions that transform business and make life simple for customers, by providing powerful, deeply integrated enterprise software that is incredibly easy to use.

Over 1,200 leading corporations, government departments and statutory authorities are powered by their software. TechnologyOne participates in only eight key markets: government, local government, financial services, education, health and community services, asset intensive industries, project intensive industries and corporates. For these markets they develop, market, sell, implement, support and run preconfigured solutions, which reduce time, cost and risk for customers.

For over 30 years, TechnologyOne have been providing customer enterprise software that evolves and adapts to new and emerging technologies, allowing users to focus on their business and not technology. Today, the software is available on the TechnologyOne Cloud and across smart mobile devices.

The vitality of TechnologyOne’s team spirit draws on its sense of oneness. The company is proud of its dynamic ‘can-do’ culture, thriving on innovation through collaboration. Every day more than 1,200 talented and dynamic people access each other’s skillsets and expertise to develop leading-edge technology-based solutions for its customers. Inspired by the leadership team, and shared commitment to giving back through the TechnologyOne Foundation, regularly joining in team events and activities to celebrate key wins on its path to success.

The driving initiative of the TechnologyOne Foundation is the 1% pledge, committing TechnologyOne to donating 1% of time, 1% of profit and 1% of product. This initiative is part of the Pledge 1% corporate philanthropy movement, dedicated to making the community a key stakeholder in every business. Pledge 1% encourages and challenges individuals and companies to pledge 1% of profit, product and employee time for their communities. It’s a small commitment today that can make a huge impact in local communities tomorrow. Pledge 1% was founded by a number of software companies, including Salesforce.com and Atlassian, to “change the world through inspiring early stage corporate philanthropy”. TechnologyOne was one of the first companies to join the program.

TechnologyOne also partners with a number of key charities including Opportunity International Australia, The School of St Jude, The Fred Hollows Foundation, Solar Buddy and The Salvation Army. This strategic approach to charitable giving enables the company to make a bigger difference to the causes it supports.

For over 30 years, TechnologyOne has committed to making philanthropic contributions of funding, technology equipment and staff volunteering time to more than 48 different not-for-profit organisations. The company chose to focus on initiatives that empower underprivileged and at risk youth to transform their lives and to create their own pathways of success. It supports youth because real change can only happen through investing in young people.

With the company’s passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, TechnologyOne has set out to support charitable initiatives that share the same passion.
