Civica’s Authority Altitude is a SaaS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed and built specifically for local government organisations in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). It is based on market leading software – Authority Suite, that has been supporting local councils for over 27 years. Authority Altitude is the result of more than two years of comprehensive co-design between existing customers, the Authority User Group and Civica software developers utilising the Human Centred Design framework, customer testing and continuous improvement loops to deliver the leading cloud ERP solution for local government.
