Cirrus8 is the only Australian owned and based cloud solution in the specialist commercial property accounting space. Being cloud-based is more important now than ever before, as working remotely becomes the norm. Since launching in 2016, the company has experienced exponential growth. This allows a personal insight into the needs of the client base – both users (property managers and trust accountants) and company leaders who may not regularly use the software themselves.

The commercial property market is significantly more complicated than residential but there is a lack of software that recognises and specialises in meeting these specific needs. Many of Cirrus8’s new users have been making do for years with outdated server-based software or residential systems that do not have the flexibility and power to properly manage and account for the complicated demands of commercial property management.
