InfoTrack – Securexchange has been selected as an ABA100® Winner for Process Improvement in The Australian Business Awards 2023. The Australian Business Award for Process Improvement [BPI] recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate excellence in business process improvement.
Securexchange, powered by InfoTrack, was established in 2019. As InfoTrack has continued to grow, it has expanded its focus to develop new technical solutions, and this expansion saw Securexchange come to fruition. Securexchange is an online platform offering a transparent, secure, collaborative workspace to share confidential information, contracts, and funds safely. Securexchange is dedicated to simplifying the property transaction process for all Real Estate Agents to ensure that sales are completed faster and more efficiently than ever. On this platform, property professionals and their customers (those buying or selling a property) can share and sign legal documents and receive the transfer of funds relating to a property sale using the digitally secure platform.
Through extensive conversations with those working within the property sphere, Securexchange identified that the current platform performance could be improved. The specific B2B audience that Securechange serves, predominantly real estate agents, was spending a lot of time managing multiple potential purchases whilst a property was on the market and negotiations were underway. Furthermore, they identified that all the communication between an agent and buyer happens over emails or phone calls, which is often time-consuming and inefficient.
Securexchange developed a pilot program to bring greater efficiencies to the property transaction process. This process improvement allows real estate agents to efficiently manage communication and increase collaboration with buyers via a secure platform, ultimately automating the workflow. Agents can now share a contract of sale with potential buyers, receive offers from them, communicate offers to the seller to agree and be able to sign the contract of sale with both parties electronically. This system also significantly reduces the agent’s time on administrative tasks and ensures the communication pipeline is clearer and more secure.
