“We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing our clients with superior services and efficient products. Ascent One is our own propriety technology for real-time quoting, ordering, tracking, and reporting. We receive live data feeds from our courier providers, so all shipments can be tracked real-time within the system.
“Our system can only work thanks to the team of engineers and the hard work they put in on a consistent basis to creating and maintaining such innovative products.”
Developed by Object Next, Ascent One is a set of software modules specifically designed for education providers around the world, who are in the business of attracting international students.
The system consists of four core product suites, designed to offer holistic solutions to education providers, including: marketing management, network management, admissions management and production/distribution management. These modules can be used separately, together, or in combination, which aims to give clients greater flexibility and allows for easier upgrades in the future. Object Next also designed Ascent One to be highly customizable, wanting to ensure that the software is able to be easily and quickly customised for each client in order to work within their existing workflows, saving on costs and improving efficiency.
The system allows for both direct online student applications and agent applications via a portal that is integrated with a central admissions database. Components/modules can communicate not only with each other, but also the wider student administration system used by clients. This is compounded by international accessibility, which is driven by a desktop and web version of the system so that students can lodge applications and track their progress.
Additionally, Ascent One strives to deliver efficiencies to clients by cutting down on human input and manual processes through automation. The system is designed to significantly reduce turn around times on decisions, leading to a greater conversion of students from the application stage to enrolment processes. Paper documentation is also made redundant by the online system.
