HYDAC International is a world leader in motion control and fluid technology, operating in over 50 countries with over 9,500 employees and 500 sales and service partners worldwide.

HYDAC Australia offers an extensive service and product range to cover all areas of fluid power in connection with hydraulics, automation and control, process, and engineering.

HYDAC has a unique and comprehensive range of training options available, from face-to-face and online to mixed reality and customised training solutions to organisations. The pioneering training centre operates in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and New Zealand. From understanding the basics of hydraulics to tackling specific products, such as thermal optimisation, filtration, and electronics, HYDAC’s courses are designed to provide theoretical and practical knowledge.

HYDAC proudly offers nationally recognised face-to-face hydraulic training courses in partnership with Swinburne University. These courses are a great way to upskill mechanical fitters to qualified fluid power tradesmen, improve safety standards and quality of work completed.  The online training is especially focused on hydraulic and electro-hydraulic technology. The training platform called FLO (Fluid power Learning Online) offers a wide selection of courses.

HYDAC extended its scope to mixed reality technical training. The technology immerses students in a virtual computer-generated training environment where they can move, hear sounds, and interact with products and virtual assets via step-by-step programmed instructions.
The company also provides both customised and on-site hydraulic training solutions to organisations. HYDAC has a specialised mobile training rig, which can be freighted to site for bespoke hydraulic training courses.

HYDAC has also developed a training partnership with TTControl, a partner company that offers control systems and operator interfaces to mobile machinery. The training program is called TTC Academy; this training provides programming knowledge, product integration and functional safety.

Overall, HYDAC has a comprehensive range of training options from face-to-face and online to fully customised solutions and mixed reality training to meet the need for flexible training.
